Shipping Policy

At Rohi, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely. That’s why we aim to despatch all standard orders within 1-2 business days from our UK warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Priority Next Day Delivery at checkout and placing your order before 12 noon (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery (Free for all orders)
Delivered by DPD within 2 to 4 working days, with full tracking provided via SMS and email. This service is available across UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Highlands/Islands.

Priority Next Day Delivery (Free)
Delivered by DPD the next working day if ordered before 12 noon (Mon-Fri). Available to UK Mainland only. Full tracking and delivery notifications included.

Shipping to Remote Areas

We deliver to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Man, but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

The following postcodes are classed as remote areas:
Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40, IV51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Delivery Updates & Tracking

All UK deliveries are handled by DPD, who will keep you fully informed along the way. You’ll receive a pre-delivery notification with an estimated delivery time via SMS and email.

You can also download the DPD app to track your parcel in real time, manage delivery preferences, or leave delivery instructions if you won’t be home.

International Shipping

We currently only deliver to UK addresses. We hope to offer international shipping soon, so watch this space.
