Refund policy

We hope you love your Rohi products, but in the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy, we offer a free 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your delivery.

You have the right to inspect the product, and if after inspection you decide to return it, please ensure the item and its packaging are undamaged.

Items must be returned in a resellable condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of used products unless they are confirmed to be faulty by both parties.

To make returns easy, we will provide you with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label, so you can send your item back to us at no cost.

Goods must be dispatched within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return, or within 30 days from the date of delivery, whichever gives you more time.

All returns will be inspected before a refund is processed.

Refunds — including delivery charges (where paid) up to the cost of our Standard Delivery service — will be issued within 14 days of either us receiving the returned goods or you providing evidence of return (such as a tracked postage receipt), whichever happens first.
